Talking and eating

We've had a pretty quiet week around here...just playing and having fun. Jaquelyn is talking up a storm...or should I say babbling up a storm?? She says "da da" a lot...probably not on purpose, but she definitely is saying it. She's a funny little girl!
Thought I'd post these too cute pictures of Jaquelyn from this past Sunday. She wore this little blue jean dress that she got from her Auntie Beth at the baby shower. She hadn't worn it before but wow - she looked so cute!!



She's loving most of the solid foods that we are introducing to her, but unfortunately they are not all loving her. She's had a reaction to apples, peaches and pears so far...she gets really blotchy, turns almost a purple colour and breaks out in hives around her mouth!! Luckily, nothing else more serious has happened. The worst reaction was to the apples, it happened while we were feeding her, but came on REALLY quickly. With the peaches and pears we've stopped feeding them to her as SOON as we start to see any reaction. This pictures is of her eating peas and carrots at Gramma and Grampa's house this past Sunday. Her absolute favorite food so far is carrots. She loves them!
